Rogers + Labarthe Architects is small, full-service Architectural firm. Our studio has been located in the historic River Oaks Shopping Center, near downtown Houston, for almost 20 years. As you can see from the images on our website, we are experienced in a range of residential, commercial and institutional project types. We firmly believe that the breadth of our expertise makes us better architects. Each design challenge we have addressed over the years has better prepared us for the next one, regardless of project type.
While much of our work involves new construction, many of our projects consist of renovations to existing structures. Whether a project calls for expansion of an historic structure, alteration of a building's function or occupancy, or just dealing with renovation in a manner where the new and old blend harmoniously, we have a track record of successful projects and many happy clients.
Our clients are as diverse as or portfolio, and we are comfortable dealing with individuals, corporations, non-profits and governmental agencies. The principals of the firm work closely with our clients, with the objective of designing each project to fit that clients' needs. We believe there is no single cookie-cutter approach to project delivery, and thus custom tailor the design process and documents for each job, and client.
