4/5/2011 - The Sitton Residence was featured as a part of the 2011 Houston Heights Home Tour. The project consists of a renovated bungalow, along with a fantastic garage apt./studio structure.

2/1/2010 - The Ross Residence has received the 2010 Houston Heights Association Community Improvement Award for Restoration. The expansion/renovation of the former Second Heights Church of Christ was the first project in the recently created Houston Heights East Historic District to receive a Certificate of Appropriateness from the City of Houston's Historical and Archaeological Commission.
